By booking you agree to the following terms and conditions, these may be amended in writing at any time as agreed upon by both parties:

• A deposit of at least 50% of the total price is due at time of booking, 80% of your deposit may be refunded if cancellation is made up to 1 (one) week before booked photoshoot date
• The remaining balance is due 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from photoshoot date
• The clients images will be available for digital download (and any prints included in shoot package) within a maximum of 2 weeks (14 calendar days)
• If purchasing a shoot package, the payment terms relate to the first photoshoot
• If you (the client) is more than 30 minutes late the photoshoot will be cancelled and no refund made
• Britt reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time and refund your full deposit
• All final edited images are property of Britt Leveridge and the client to be used as they wish (Britt will endeavour to make contact before using your images for any advertising, if you do not want your images used please advise as soon as possible)
